What is?
• Full Sun: At least 6 hrs of direct sun
• Partial Sun/Shade: Between 3-6 hrs of direct sun
• Full shade: Does Not mean no sun at all, it indicates less than 3 hrs of direct sun
• If you have less than 3 hrs our New Dense Shade Mix is recommended

Grass Seeding Tips:
• Check your topsoil. Need at least 2-3” of good, rich topsoil. A successful lawn needs good topsoil, your investment in good topsoil will payoff
• Spread starter fertilizer to improve germination and growth
• Sow seed into to 1/8” of soil, and rake or tamp seed lightly
• Cover with straw or fiber mulch to prevent seed from moving or being eaten
• Water and keep moist until seeds sprout. Don’t allow seeds to dry out
• Mow after grass is 3” high. Make sure your mower has a sharp blade and don’t take more than a third of the grass blade at a time. Final recommended mowing height is between 2-3”
• Keep off newly sown grass and keep your pets off too until first mowing
