It is important to contact us before you begin your fundraiser to ensure product availability

Deadline for fundraiser ordering – Monday, March 24th

  • Email your orders to orders@chuckhafner.com or call 315-458-2231 x138
  • You will receive a detailed invoice within the next business day
  • Availability for orders received after March 24th cannot be guaranteed

Pickup/Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery are available from March 26th – April 19th (Please contact us if you need your order sooner than March 26th)
  • Delivery fees are based on location (Helpful Tip: Take the delivery cost into account when determining the sale price of your items to be sure you achieve your goals)
  • Pickups are welcomed!

    Frequently Asked Fundraising Questions:

    1. Do you deliver out of state?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate out-of-state deliveries.

    1. How far away will you deliver?

    We typically deliver within 70 miles of our store located at 7265 Buckley Rd, N. Syracuse,
    NY 13212. Please inquire if you are outside of our normal delivery range and we will do
    our best to accommodate your fundraiser.

    1. Do I need to water my Easter flowers once I get them?

    Your plants have been watered prior to your pickup or delivery. Check the soil daily,
    keeping soil evenly moist. Let your plants dry in between watering. However, do not
    allow plant to dry to wilting point, or sit in excess water in the pot cover.

    1. How long can I leave the plants in their protective sleeves?

    Sleeves must be removed within 24-48 hours from pickup or delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If the plants will be transported more than once, they should remain in their sleeves (up to 48 hours from when you initially receive them)

    1. When do I have to pay for my order?

    Your order must be paid in full before or at time of delivery.

    1. Can I distribute my fundraiser from the store?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate order distribution. Please plan to organize and
    hand out orders to your team off site.

    1. If I decide to pick up my order; how will the plants come?

    Your Easter plants will be boxed or trayed depending on the plant for easy transport. Boxes cannot be stacked.
