It is important to contact us before you begin your fundraiser to ensure product availability

Deadline for fundraiser ordering – Monday, March 24th

  • You will receive a detailed invoice within the next business day
  • Availability for orders received after March 24th cannot be guaranteed

Pickup/Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery are available from March 30th – April 19th (Please contact us if you need your order sooner than March 26th)
  • Delivery fees are based on location (Helpful Tip: Take the delivery cost into account when determining the sale price of your items to be sure you achieve your goals)
  • Pickups are welcomed!

    Frequently Asked Fundraising Questions:

    1. Do you deliver out of state?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate out-of-state deliveries.

    2. How far away will you deliver?

    We typically deliver within 70 miles of our store located at 7265 Buckley Rd, N. Syracuse, NY 13212. Please inquire if you are outside of our normal delivery range, and we will do our best to accommodate your fundraiser.

    3. Do I need to water my Easter flowers once I get them?

    Your plants have been watered prior to your pickup or delivery. Check the soil daily, keeping it evenly moist. Let the plants dry between watering. However, do not allow the plants to dry to the wilting point or sit in excess water in the pot cover.

    4. How long can I leave the plants in their protective sleeves?

    Sleeves must be removed within 24-48 hours from pickup or delivery. PLEASE NOTE: If the plants will be transported more than once, they should remain in their sleeves (up to 48 hours from when you initially receive them).

    5. How do I take off the sleeve without damaging the plant?

    Cut the sleeve with scissors from the bottom up.

    6. When do I have to pay for my order?

    Your order must be paid in full before or at the time of delivery.

    7. Can I distribute my fundraiser from the store?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate order distribution. Please plan to organize and hand out orders to your team off-site.

    8. If I decide to pick up my order, how many plants can I fit in my vehicle?

    Your Easter plants will be packed in 1′ x 2′ boxes or trays. Boxes and trays cannot be stacked. Each box will hold 6-8 plants depending on the size of the plant. Hydrangeas are the exception and will fit 2-4 per box, depending on plant size.

    9. What kind of vehicle do I need to pick up my order?

    Easter plants need to be protected from extreme temperatures and will require an enclosed vehicle. We will not release orders to be transported in the back of a pickup truck.
