Deadline to reserve your spot on our fundraising list: February 16th

It is important to contact us before you begin your fundraiser to ensure product availability

Deadline for fundraiser ordering – Monday, March 9th

  • Email your orders to orders@chuckhafner.com or call 315-458-2231 x138
  • You will receive a detailed invoice within the next business day
  • Availability for orders received after March 9th cannot be guaranteed

Pickup/Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery are available from March 16th – April 4th (Please contact us if you need your order sooner than March 16th)
  • Delivery fees are based on location (Helpful Tip: Take the delivery cost into account when determining the sale price of your items to be sure you achieve your goals)
  • Pickups are welcomed!
